Obtaining Certificates of Compliance for Business was simplified

Small and medium-sized busineses are allowed to receive a certificate of conformity using a simplified scheme and at the lowest cost. Such a bill was created in the State Duma of the Russian Federation and it will be considered at one of the meetings during the spring session.The measures taken probably relate to the participation of companies in public procurement.

Now the certification system will be documented by an entry in the unified register. But not everyone will be able to get there, but only the one who will meet the mandatory requirements of the law. A national certification system is reported to be be established. It will help entrepreneurs to obtain confirmation of the compliance of their goods and services not only with Russian, but also with international regulatory documents.

The bill is focused on a special order of certification procedure including payment. This will make a participation in public procurement much easier. So, it is planned to limit. So, the amount of payment for work, which is descried in the system is planned to be limited. The government will also create a procedure for confirming compliance in the certification system.
